Mike Cutbirth

Michael D. Cutbirth
President & CEO

Mr. Cutbirth is the president and CEO of Triad Development Company and has over twenty years of residential and commercial development experience. Mr. Cutbirth has developed single family subdivisions, multi-family residential projects, garden office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks, and golf course and master planned communities from the Sacramento area south through Orange County. Affiliates of Triad have also developed residential projects in Reno, Nevada as well as projects in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Cutbirth has extensive experience in land acquisitions, planning, entitlements, financing, and leasing. Mr. Cutbirth’s career includes President of a premier, early stage wind energy technology and development company and head of global finance for the wind energy business unit of a fortune 10 company, where he raised in excess of $1 billion in debt and equity for wind energy projects over a four-year period.

Mr. Cutbirth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Jeffrey S. Klein

Jeffrey S. Klein
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Klein is Senior Vice President of the Company responsible for business development. Mr. Klein has over twenty five years of residential, industrial and commercial real estate development experience. Mr. Klein has been responsible for acquiring land, planning, financing and development of in excess of 4,7 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties as well as 1,300 single family residential units and 950 multi-family units. Mr. Klein has also developed a number of resort properties, including Snowmass Ski Resort, the Malibu Country Club, Whittier Narrows Golf Course and the Links at Victoria. The completed value of these projects was in excess of $4 billion.

Mr. Klein received his Bachelor of Science degree in History with a minor in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Greg Petrini

Greg Petrini
Vice President, Development

Mr. Petrini has in excess of twenty five years of experience in acquiring, entitling, developing, financing, constructing and sale of land and single family residential homes and projects primarily in Central California.  Mr. Petrini started his career as a construction manager with a construction company and subsequently formed his own construction and development company. Mr. Petrini also acquired and entitled, with an institutional investor a mixed use master planned community that included approximately 5,800 residential units.

Mr. Petrini received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Finance from the Cal State Long Beach.

Jennifer Kantor

Jennifer Kantor
Controller

Jennifer Kantor is the Controller of the Company responsible for all accounting and reporting functions. Ms. Kantor has over twenty years of experience as auditor, accountant and controller at companies including FedEx Kinko’s, a premier wind energy company and at the Company and its affiliates.

Ms. Kantor received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California Lutheran University.
