Michael D. Cutbirth
President & CEO

Mr. Cutbirth is the president and CEO of Triad Development Company and has over twenty years of residential and commercial development experience. Triad or its affiliates have developed in excess of $300 million of single family subdivisions and multi-family residential projects, garden office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial parks from the Sacramento area south through Orange County. Affiliates of Triad have also developed residential projects in Reno, Nevada as well as projects in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Cutbirth has extensive experience in land acquisitions, planning, entitlements, financing, and leasing. Mr. Cutbirth’s career includes President of a premier, early stage wind energy technology and development company and head of global finance for the wind energy business unit of a fortune 10 company, where he raised in excess of $1 billion in debt and equity for wind energy projects over a four-year period.

Michael D. Cutbirth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1976 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California 1978.

Bette Church
Controller

Ms. Church is the Controller for the company and has over 20 years of experience in accounting. Her career includes controller for a medium size manufacturing and distribution company in the oil and gas industry and controller of a mid-size real estate development firm. Ms. Church is past president of the local Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in the local community. Ms. Church graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal State University - Bakersfield.
