Triad's predecesor was formed
more than twenty five years ago as a subsidiary of a family owned
company involved in the oil and gas business. The original company
was a family partnership
focusing on land development. The projects were internally capitalized
and were a tremendous success. While Triad has developed office buildings,
industrial
parks, apartments and shopping centers over the years, today, Triad is
focused on residential land development opportunities, the development
of master
planned communities and retail development opportunities primarily in
central and southern California and Nevada.
Over the years, the size and number of projects have continued to grow
and the company has developed relationships with institutional financial
partners to help fund that growth.
The company is focused on buying the best locations for its projects.
Excellence in design, quality construction and attention to detail
has withstood the
cycles over time within the real estate industry. Conservative principles
of business and financial management combined with experience have
created many successful and profitable real estate projects. Each project

designed, built and managed to the highest institutional standards

The management of Triad retain the values of its founders which are
rooted in the old west, where a man’s word is his bond and a handshake is worth
more than a fifty page contract. While the world has changed a lot over the
last twenty five years, with great leaps in technology and new ways of doing
